A and R logs Sussex may find it necessary in busy times to contact the buyer to rearrange a delivery date. The two dates that you choose are a guide from us any delays due to busy periods will result in communication with you the buyer to find an alternative. We will always do our best to get to you when you require however, sometimes during busy periods and rainy weather conditions we may need to rearrange a delivery date.

Once the logs are in your possession it is your responsibility as a purchaser to make sure that the logs are used in accordance to government guidelines. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the logs are kept in a dry area.

If you are purchasing half a tipper load or a full tipper load it is your responsibility to make sure the wood is 20% moisture content or lower before you burn it to meet the guidelines for the air quality regulations 2020.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made with cash when we deliver or bank transfer when your order is placed.
